What's the difference?

We’re often asked what makes our masks different to a typical pleated mask, so here it is in a nutshell... We use the Luckhaus Hybrid Mask pattern which has 2 distinguishing features (1) a backwards nose pleat and (2) tapered drawstring sides that help to create a close, gapless fit. For a mask to be effective you want to avoid any gaps between the mask and your face. We have just added videos to our website showing two different ways you can wear your mask. The first video shows how to tie the straps around your head, and the second video shows how you can make ear loops. How you wear your mask is a personal preference, so experiment and see what works best for you.
